While the Cabanas hotel started off poorly with long check-in times and a cramped, dirty room, we were eventually relocated to the Soho Hotel, which was much nicer. Unfortunately, this hotel also had its issues like a dirty bathroom and poor drainage. The overall facilities and activities in Sun City were enjoyable, but the service left a lot to be desired. Be cautious if you decide to stay here during busy seasons.
